The Maryvale Central School Project is a 30 million dollar capital improvement project involving: the renovation of the entire High School, including an 8-lane natatorium addition and significant site work; Middle/Intermediate School renovations; Stadium improvements consisting of additional seating and a new press box; North Hill Elementary building masonry repairs and emergency lighting; and Community Education roof repair.  The project will be performed by four major primes: General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contract.  The construction will be managed by a Clerk-of-the-Works.
